Powerlifting is a strength sport consisting of 3 attempts each of the squat, bench press, and deadlift. The goal is to lift the most weight possible for a single rep. Sure, its a fairly simple concept, but theres so much more to it.Whether youre an aspiring Powerlifting athleteor a current competitor, I can tell you that having a coach will have exponential benefits in your training and competitive careers.Remember, Powerlifting is asport and sports typically require a coach.
